Shipping, Exchanges & Returns

Shipping Costs
Maison Demi-Doux charges a standard shipping fee of €6.95. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
Netherlands: €6.95 (free shipping on orders over €100. *Discounted items are excluded from free shipping and will be charged €6.95).
Belgium: €10.95 (free shipping on orders over €300).

If your order qualified for free shipping but drops below €100 after a return, we will still charge €6.95 for the original shipping. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

All parcels are shipped via POSTNL.
We aim to ship your order within 2 working days after payment confirmation.

Returns & Exchanges

From the moment you receive your order, you have 14 days to view and try on the items. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within this 14-day window (depending on stock availability).
Please note: the postmark date counts as your return date.

Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are at your own expense.

For exchanges, please email us first at webshop@demi-doux.com to check if the desired item is still in stock.
If you're returning without exchanging, filling out the return form is sufficient.

Once your request has been confirmed by us, you may send the item(s) back to us.

After the 14-day window, your purchase becomes final and returns or exchanges are no longer possible.

*(For sale items with discounts under 50%, the return window is 8 days. Sale items with a discount of 50% or more are final sale and cannot be returned.)

Return & Exchange Conditions:

• The return must be postmarked within the 14-day window (8 days for sale items).
  
  

• Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  
  

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.
  
  

If your return does not meet these conditions, we will not accept the package. It will be sent back to the return address at your expense.
